The Cambridge Folk Festival is thrilled to present not one but two incredibly special concerts at the Portland Arms in Cambridge on Saturday 8th July 2023 in celebration of another historic year of the festival.
The first concert will be an intimate acoustic afternoon performance from folk singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Will Page. Well known as the fiddle-playing frontman of Americana band, Noble Jacks. Will has toured relentlessly with sold out shows across the UK and beyond, with notable festival performances at Glastonbury, Isle of Wight Festival and Cambridge Folk Festival to name a few. Don’t miss Will performing in this intimate setting. This afternoon’s concert will start from 1:30pm.
Our evening concert will be a headline performance from Noble Jacks themselves! With the fiddle leading the charge, Noble Jacks are out to take no prisoners with their high-energy foot-stompin’ rhythms, which have taken crowds by storm across the UK and beyond. Noble Jacks were Nominated for Live Act Of The Year 2023 by the Americana Music Association UK, and are considered by many to be the finest purveyors of folk-influenced Americana. The evening concert will start 7pm
Both the afternoon and evening concerts will have brilliant local support acts as well as floor spots available throughout both concerts. If you are interested in applying for a floor spot please email Website-queries@Greenmind.co.uk.
