Postponements & Cancellations

As we re-open, some events may still be cancelled. If you hold tickets to a cancelled event, rest assured your tickets are protected and we will contact you in due course about your options for a refund or, where available, re-booking to another date.

Please be patient and wait to be contacted. The Wheeler Street box office remains closed for the time being and phone lines are not available. If you need to contact Box Office, please send an email to and we will respond as we are able.

Why do I need to pay a booking fee?

Our goal is to provide an excellent personal service to our customers and to do this requires a lot of resource. The booking fee we levy contributes to the cost of running Cambridge Live.

This includes the processing fee levied by the banks, the VAT payable on the fee, our investment into the ticketing technology, hardware, staffing costs and other associated costs.

What payment cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo and UK Maestro.
We do not accept American Express.

Where can I collect my tickets?

If you have chosen to collect your tickets at the venue box office they will be available for collection, usually one hour before the performance begins, at the venue you are attending for the event. This means if you are attending the Corn Exchange they will be available from the Cambridge Live Tickets Box Office located beside the Corn Exchange and if you are attending a performance at the West Road Concert Hall the tickets will be available from the West Road Concert Hall usually one hour before the performance on the day of the performance.

Please note the only time you can collect your tickets from the Cambridge Live Tickets Box Office for other venues we are selling for is if you are purchasing them in advance in person, otherwise they will available from the Venue you are attending on the day of performance only.
