We’re very pleased to be hosting our old friends the Czech National Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Ilya Mashkevich, again at the Corn Exchange. The orchestra will begin their performance with Smetana’s charming Moldau, vividly depicting the Bohemian countryside, after which the incredibly popular British violinist Chloe Hanslip will perform Bruch’s delightful first Violin Concerto. The Czech National’s performance will end with the much-loved Czech favourite; Dvorak’s Symphony No. 8.
