As we re-open, some events may still be cancelled. If you hold tickets to a cancelled event, rest assured your tickets are protected and we will contact you in due course about your options for a refund or, where available, re-booking to another date.

Please be patient and wait to be contacted. The phone lines remain closed and the Wheeler Street box office is open from 6 pm on performance days for ticket collections only.

Cambridge Fireworks and Bonfire Night

We are looking for business partners to support the most popular free event in Cambridge city – Bonfire Night!

•The largest & most spectacular FREE pyrotechnic display in the Eastern region!
•Cambridge’s most attended outdoor community event according to resident surveys.
•Attended by around 25,000 local people from all backgrounds including students, employees, residents and visitors.
•A flagship community event for Cambridge promoting safety & unity, keeping down the number of firework related accidents from home displays each year.
•Provides a traditional bonfire, food and confectionery stalls.

The event costs around £70,000 to produce and we need corporate support of at least £40,000 to make it viable. Can you help?

Each year a local business works closely with us as our Business Champion to help us raise funds by asking businesses large and small to get involved and to support this fantastic event. This is a fun role that gives you the opportunity to go out into the business community and reach people who you may not have made contact with otherwise, whilst showing that you are committed to bringing the local community together for this fantastic event.

The Business Champion will rally their contacts to gain support for the Bonfire Night celebrations, and host a dinner for all the sponsors afterwards at a venue of their choice. Anybody who attended the dinner at Queens’ in February will know what a special evening this is, and what a brilliant opportunity it is for networking.

Support of £1,000 receives:

•Your name/logo printed on the event poster distributed city-wide
•10 tickets to the private hospitality marquee at the event
•An invitation to a post-event 'thank you' dinner hosted by our Business Champion (TBC)
•Your name/logo on the event website with a hyperlink to your site
•Company name and donation listed on the campaign webpage
•Inclusion in all press releases
•Shout outs at the event
•A campaign logo for you to display on your website or in any publicity that links to the Bonfire Night site
•A banner on site at the event and your company logo on the event poster

Bespoke benefits can be arranged in return for larger amounts of support.

NB: all prices are considered sponsorship and are listed exclusive of VAT charges at the standard rate.  Support may be given as a donation if preferred for fewer direct benefits and a formal credit of thanks.
