This summer, Cambridge can once again look forward to enjoying free outdoor live music, with a series of carefully planned concerts throughout the city organised by Cambridge City Council.
Featuring an array of diverse music from local jazz and folk to the summery strains of brass bands, these concerts are all free and will take place in a variety of neighbourhood parks, including Cherry Hinton Hall and Jesus Green, on Sunday afternoons from 3pm to 5pm during August and September. Each event will also feature The Little Read: Storytelling from 1pm-2pm at each concert with local Authors and Storytellers.
It will be a perfect opportunity to take a picnic and enjoy a relaxing, music-filled afternoon with friends and family in the summer sun.
We would advise everyone attending to please keep a safe distance from other groups, ensure you sanitise your hands and do not attend the event if you are suffering from any Covid-19 related symptoms for everyone's safety!
