As part of Open Eddington – a day of talks and tours by the architects and professionals who have created this new development – Storey’s Field hosts live music from THE FLYING ACES as well as a chance to BE YOUR OWN DJ.
The Flying Aces are a 50s rock and roll revivalist quartet from Cambridge. The year is 1959. The Beatles are in Hamburg. Radio Luxembourg is crackling into your headphones. Post-war austerity is winding down.
In addition to this, there’s also a chance to be your own DJ! We’ll have a massive selection of 45s to choose from, and you’ll be given the chance to pick a few, and be shown what to do.
