Mercury Prize nominated singer songwriter John Bramwell, returns after his sell out Beach Session in Spring 2018 to preview new material from his forthcoming album "The Light Fantastic" with a new band; fantastically called The Full Harmonic Convergence. He will also be playing a few classics from his iTunes chart topping solo album ‘The Empty Spaces’ and some ‘I am Kloot’ classics. Expect great psychedelic folk tunes and some bizarre and hilarious stories from the man who many believe is the UK's finest living songwriter.

"An artist who has a singular voice in both the literal and metaphorical sense"- Lauren Laverne

"The UK's finest export"- The New Yorker

"Bramwell's new songs are spellbinding"- The Sunday Times

About the Beach Sessions

For over 7 years Beach Sessions has put on many of the UK’s leading songwriters and bands including Boo Hewerdine, The Slow Show, MG Boulter, Rue Royale and Blue Rose Code. Our favourite venue is Waterbeach Baptist Chapel due to its excellent acoustics and ambience. It is also small enough to experience really intimate sessions where the artist is only a few feet away. “In a Victorian chapel lit with gorgeous pink lights and fed with homemade cake, Waterbeach has clearly been holding out on us. From start to finish, the whole thing was exceedingly beautiful – proof that you don’t need to venture into the city to get high quality music.”
