If you hold tickets to an event postponed or cancelled due to the COVID-19 outbreak, please be aware our Box Office phone lines are not available at this time.

Rest assured your tickets are protected and we will contact you in due course about your options for a refund or, where available, re-booking to another date.

An Update about Coronavirus

We know that a lot of people are understandably concerned about coronavirus and what it means for the Folk Festival.

The safety of our customers is our top priority and we are following official government advice on coronavirus (Covid-19). In accordance with the current government advice, the Folk Festival will go ahead as planned, unless notified otherwise.

Rest assured all tickets are protected, so if we are required to cancel the festival, your tickets would be refunded. The quickest way to inform you of any changes to the Festival is via email, so please make sure the Box Office have your most up-to-date email address.
