Postponements & Cancellations

As we re-open, some events may still be cancelled. If you hold tickets to a cancelled event, rest assured your tickets are protected and we will contact you in due course about your options for a refund or, where available, re-booking to another date.

Please be patient and wait to be contacted. The phone lines remain closed and the Wheeler Street box office is open from 6 pm on performance days for ticket collections only.

If you need to contact Box Office, please send an email to tickets@cambridge.gov.uk and we will respond as soon as we are able. Please note, we are currently experiencing a very high volume of emails and may take a few days to get back to you.

Some shows at the Corn Exchange may require a COVID Pass

Friday 12 November 2021

Starting 15 November, you may be required to show an NHS COVID Pass, proof of a negative lateral flow test (LFT), or proof of natural immunity for some shows at the Cambridge Corn Exchange, when such measures have been required as a condition by the artist/ promoter.

To find out whether these measures are required for your show, please visit the show page on the Corn Exchange website where it will be noted as a Special Covid-19 Entry Requirement if applicable.

Regardless of whether the NHS COVID Pass is required, we ask all customers to continue to cooperate with the following safety precautions:

  • Check in on arrival with the NHS Test and Trace app;
  • Please bring a face covering with you and wear it at all times, except when eating, drinking, or in your seats;
  • Observe social distancing when requested in the venue, especially in the bar area and toilets;
  • Take a lateral flow test (LFT) at home before coming to your event, for your own peace of mind.

You can order free lateral flow tests here or pick them up for free in a local pharmacy near you.

If you don’t feel well or believe you have been exposed to Covid-19, please stay home. You can email the Box Office and request a refund if this is the case.

Special Covid-19 Entry Requirements on Artist Request

For entry to certain shows, you will need to demonstrate your COVID-19 status by providing either:

•            Proof of a negative NHS Rapid Lateral Flow Test to be presented on arrival at the venue (such test to be taken 24 hours prior to attending the event at the venue).

You will need to demonstrate your negative NHS Lateral Flow Test result by showing us one of the following:

Text OR email confirmation of your result

OR by using the NHS COVID Pass, available through the NHS App

OR as a letter that can be requested by ringing NHS 119 (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) or Scotland 0300 303 2713

or

•            Proof of full vaccination - both doses received (with the second at least 14 days prior to the arrival at the venue).

We cannot accept vaccine cards issued at vaccination centres as proof of vaccination.

Please use the NHS COVID Pass to show your vaccination status using the NHS App or the NHS website to download it as a PDF or get it sent to you in an email.

You can also get a paper version (vaccination status only - not test results - 2 weeks after having a full course of the vaccine) sent to you in the post. You do not need to be registered with a GP surgery or have an NHS login for this. You can get a letter (within 5 working days) by requesting a COVID Pass letter online or calling NHS 119.

or

•             Proof of natural immunity based upon a positive PCR test within 180 days of arrival at the venue (and after the 10-day self-isolation period following the result).

Please use the NHS COVID Pass to show your positive PCR test within the past 6 months using the NHS App or the NHS website, after you’ve finished self-isolating and up to 180 days after taking the test.
