Postponements & Cancellations

As we re-open, some events may still be cancelled. If you hold tickets to a cancelled event, rest assured your tickets are protected and we will contact you in due course about your options for a refund or, where available, re-booking to another date.

Please be patient and wait to be contacted. The phone lines remain closed and the Wheeler Street box office is open from 6 pm on performance days for ticket collections only.

If you need to contact Box Office, please send an email to tickets@cambridge.gov.uk and we will respond as soon as we are able. Please note, we are currently experiencing a very high volume of emails and may take a few days to get back to you.

Cambridge live

From Monday 13 December, all shows at the Corn Exchange will require the COVID Pass

Thursday 9 December 2021

From Monday 13 December, you will be required to show the NHS COVID Pass, proof of a negative lateral flow test (LFT), or proof of natural immunity for any show or performance at the Corn Exchange.

Please remember to bring a face covering with you and wear it inside the venue. Face coverings are mandatory, except while you are eating and drinking.

We strongly recommend taking a lateral flow test at home before coming to your event even if you are vaccinated. You can order free lateral flow tests here or pick them up for free in a local pharmacy near you.

As a security measure, the level of fresh air circulating inside the Corn Exchange has been increased. This means the temperature inside will be closer to the temperature outside. We suggest bringing a jumper, especially if you are seated on the balcony.

Refunds

Anyone not able to attend due to a positive test for Covid-19 will be offered a credit or refund. Please contact Box Office on tickets@cambridge.gov.uk prior to your event with booking details. If we do not hear from you before the event, a refund may not be possible.

Ticket Collection

The Wheeler Street box office will open 1 hour before events for ticket collection; otherwise, it remains closed for the time being.

Please note, there is no cloak room until further notice and we cannot accommodate bags and bulky items.

COVID Pass Entry Requirements

From Monday 13 December, you will need to demonstrate your COVID-19 status by providing either:

•            Proof of a negative NHS Rapid Lateral Flow Test to be presented on arrival at the venue (such test to be taken 24 hours prior to attending the event at the venue).

You will need to demonstrate your negative NHS Lateral Flow Test result by showing us one of the following:

Text OR email confirmation of your result

OR by using the NHS COVID Pass, available through the NHS App

OR as a letter that can be requested by ringing NHS 119 (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) or Scotland 0300 303 2713

or

•            Proof of full vaccination - both doses received (with the second at least 14 days prior to the arrival at the venue).

We cannot accept vaccine cards issued at vaccination centres as proof of vaccination.

Please use the NHS COVID Pass to show your vaccination status using the NHS App or the NHS website to download it as a PDF or get it sent to you in an email.

You can also get a paper version (vaccination status only - not test results - 2 weeks after having a full course of the vaccine) sent to you in the post. You do not need to be registered with a GP surgery or have an NHS login for this. You can get a letter (within 5 working days) by requesting a COVID Pass letter online or calling NHS 119.

or

•             Proof of natural immunity based upon a positive PCR test within 180 days of arrival at the venue (and after the 10-day self-isolation period following the result).

Please use the NHS COVID Pass to show your positive PCR test within the past 6 months using the NHS App or the NHS website, after you’ve finished self-isolating and up to 180 days after taking the test.

Under 18s do not need to bring a COVID Pass.
