Postponements & Cancellations

As we re-open, some events may still be cancelled. If you hold tickets to a cancelled event, rest assured your tickets are protected and we will contact you in due course about your options for a refund or, where available, re-booking to another date.

Please be patient and wait to be contacted. The phone lines remain closed and the Wheeler Street box office is open from 6 pm on performance days for ticket collections only.

If you need to contact Box Office, please send an email to tickets@cambridge.gov.uk and we will respond as soon as we are able. Please note, we are currently experiencing a very high volume of emails and may take a few days to get back to you.

The Corn Exchange will reopen its doors from the 31st August 2021

Thursday 5 August 2021
We are thrilled to announce that we will be reopening our doors from the 31st August 2021! Starting with the smash-hit stage adaptation of Zog, based on the book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler! Some other highlights to watch out for this Autumn include performances from Jack Dee, Mo Gilligan, Laura Marling, Russell Brand, Manic Street Preachers, Biffy Clyro, Katherine Jenkins, Paul Weller and so much more! Explore our full programme HERE.

We are currently working on customer safety and covid-related information in advance to reopening, which will be sending directly to customers via email prior to each performance.

Our Box Office counter service and phonelines will remain closed for the time being, however the team can be reached by emailing tickets@cambridgelive.org.uk. They will be responding to emails between 10am – 5pm on weekdays, so please get in touch if you have any questions about your tickets or any of our shows. We will be operating a pop-up Box Office on show days for those of you needing to collect tickets for upcoming events.

We cannot wait to welcome you back to the Corn Exchange and share incredible performances and long lasting memories with all of our customers.
