Following the postponement of Tim Peake’s show at the Cambridge Corn Exchange on Tuesday 1 October, due to a leak caused by the unprecedented rain fall over the past week, immediate remedial work is now underway to resolve the issue.
Currently all performances will be proceeding as planned. We are continuing to review all risk factors and as part of this the venue will be closely monitoring weather changes and if further extreme conditions are forecast, cancellations may need to be considered.
Ensuring our customers, performers and staff are safe is at the forefront of every decision we make. In the event of a cancellation, we will contact customers directly via email and ensure our social media and website carries the very latest information.
Updates on both our website and social media channels, as well as the Cambridge City Council website will be shared on Friday.
We’d like to again thank our audience and the Cambridge community for their patience and support during this time.
Kind regards,
The Cambridge Corn Exchange Team
