The Horrible History of Bonfire Night

Tuesday 20 October 2015

To get you and your families excited about Bonfire Night and the annual Fireworks display on Thursday 5 November on Midsummer Common, Cambridge Live is working with Birmingham Stage Company to bring you a series of hilarious public Horrible Histories performances telling the story behind Bonfire Night.

This Saturday (24 October), actors will take over Market Square and the Grafton Centre to re-enact the events of the Gunpowder Plot.

If you are considering coming to our Christmas show, Horrible Christmas, and want a sneak peek of Birmingham Stage Company in action, why not take your kids along to one of these free public performances?

Public performance times:

  • 12pm in Market Square
  • 1.30pm & 2.15pm at the Grafton Centre
