Role:

VENUE ASSISTANT
 
The Venue Team are key to the customer experience and they ensure that all of our events are delivered to the highest standards, creating lasting memories of great nights out for all our customers. 
 
You will assist the Venue Officer and Venue Supervisor with the delivery of customer focussed services at the Corn Exchange and Guildhalls. Working as part of the Venues Team we will train you to cover all the main front of house tasks. This varied role will include stewarding, serving on the bar, box office support, post show clearing and re-setting.
 
This job will particularly suit people looking specifically for evening and weekend work.

Salary:  
£11.59 - £12.59 per hour
+ generous enhanced rates for night, weekend and bank holiday working
Full Time equivalent of £22,366 - £24,294 per annum (City Pay Band 1)
+ Real Living Wage top up and Cambridge Weighting where applicable

Role: VENUE ASSISTANT (FACILITIES)

You will assist the Venue Officer and Venue Supervisor with the post show cleaning and re-setting of the venue, ensuring that the set up aligns with the requirements of the next event, often transforming the venue overnight. Your duties will include physical work such as moving chairs and tables, maintaining the cleanliness of our historic building and assisting with the logistics of individual events set up’s.
